Delivery

Orders are sent from our warehouse in Italy via express courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by the courier via email. You can use the link provided to track your shipment and see the expected delivery date.

The delivery address cannot be modified following issuance of your order confirmation.

Deliveries take place between Monday and Friday during office hours. Delivery should not be expected on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. A receipt signature is required.

Three delivery attempts will be made, after which the shipment will be returned to us if unsuccessful.

Please note we do not ship to APO, FPO, or Russia. Orders requesting delivery to addresses in these locations will be automatically cancelled.
